We carry five varieties of organic olives cured in our homemade sea salt brine carried under the brand name Golden Olive Vassiliki® which means royalty in Greek: Agrinion jewel, Cracked Green, Green Rare, Kalamata and Koroneiki olives.

• Agrinion: A plump olive cured with celery and lemons.
• Cracked Green: A crisp olive cured with lemons and anise.
• Green rare: A variety of Agrinion olive served with celery and lemons.
• Kalamata: The classic Greek olive, Kalamata are purple and flavoured with wine vinegar.
• Koroneiki: A small table olive tossed with oranges and aromatic herbs.
