tahiniTahini is a paste made from ground sesame seeds, and is commonly used in North African, Middle Eastern and European cuisines. Tahini can be made from hulled or unhulled (often called whole sesame) sesame seeds—hulled seeds have the outer shell (or kernel) removed.
Tahini is high in zinc, calcium and iron, and is a key ingredient in making hummus.

Tahini is kosher, gluten and dairy-free, with no GMOs, colours, preservatives or added additives.
